With a strong academic background that includes graduating cum laude in Psychology from the University of the Philippines and earning a Doctor of Medicine degree from the UP College of Medicine, Dr. Tan completed residency training at UP PGH, building a solid foundation in clinical ophthalmology and ophthalmologic surgery.
